SnapShot Trackside reserves the full copyright to all photos. Upon purchase, SST grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos for unlimited personal use only. Sale, publication, or any other commercial use of the photo by the purchaser, and any parties the purchaser distributes to, is specifically prohibited without the prior written consent of SSTrackside.

Specifically, upon purchase you may use the image for non-commercial social media engagements (facebook, intagram, tick-tok, you-tube etc) personal photographic reproduction prints and other personal uses.

Commercial uses, such as media outlet distribution or publication (eg newspaper, online media applications, television, commercials or movies), commercial sale applications (eg t-shirts, merchandise, posters, stickers etc) by the purchaser or any third party, is strictly prohibited without written consent.

SSTrackside is wholly open to allowing commercial applications of copyrighted digital photographs, generally for accreditation only. Monetary compensation is typically only requested for commercial established media or sale applications where mutually beneficial.
